My Computer Problem

Yesterday I blogged but before blogging, blog site requested me to allow cookie. It was cookie of www.google.com. After finishing the blogging and signed off, I did not delete the cookie. When I went into my Yahoo Mail, my computer jammed. I switched off the computer and restart it. I deleted the tracking cookie from www.google.com and all other history and cache. The computer went on fine.
So I don't know why the tracking cookie from this blogging site is so malicious that my computer can get jammed. How am I going to blog on if there are people in www.blogger.com who want to damage my computer or deny my log-in with false certificate of authenticity. I use another account for other Google services, it is alright. It is not right when I get into www.blogger.com.

My Property

I have been thinking of transfering my name in my home to my son, but he objected me many times. My wife also objected this idea because my son's CPF money is not enough to pay for the replacement money.
I am wondering whether my idea is wrong or not. My objective is to see how without my name in property, the property prices in Singapore will collapse. Maybe I am wrong in thinking this way.
Any suggestion ?
As a man cultivating self, I should not bother about property and money. But I am still a human being and I have a family to regulate. I would like to see any suggestion from readers.

What role is NTUC Fairprice doing in Singapore ?
To reduce the price of consumer goods?
To compete with other supermarket chains?
To compete with local storeholders and wet market stores?
The way the NTUC Fairprice does business is to compete with other supermarket chains and to kill the business of local storeholders and wet market. NTUC Fairprice has many members and they get rebate for every purchase. Even without advertisement, the members still go there for their purchase. So why do they need to advertise ? To compete with other supermarket chains or kill local storeholders and wet market stores?
They have to stop advertising so as to let other supermarket chains a breathing space. The saving from advertisement can be given back to the members. If they grow bigger how are the local storeholders and wet market storeholders survive ?
They buy in bulk, so their cost is cheaper. They also directly source from oversea and make their own brand. They can get local manufacturer to make the same product under NTUC brand name but sell cheaper than the manufacturer's price. Do they need this to survive ? In a way they will only kill the local storeholders and wet market storeholders.

Hawkers And Storeholders

Hawkers and storeholders work long hours but only some make good money. They have no holidays, working 7 days a week. For some storeholders or shopkeepers they rest on Sundays if they make money on other days. For most hawkers, they keep working for 7 days a week and their holidays are only during Chinese New Year, when they can rest for 1 week for 3 weeks.
Old hawkers and storeholders or shopkeepers find it hard to get their children to take over them. Their children don't like the long hours of working and most prefer to work in aircon environment. Their fathers' shops or stores are mostly non aircon.
With more shopping centres coming up in neighbourhood centres, these storeholders or shopkeepers are threatened with competition from the new big shopping centres which cater to more variety of merchandice and their prices can sometime be cheaper than the storeholders. They buy in bulk, so their cost can be cheaper.
I give an example. NTUC expanded the Fairprice supermarket in Ang Mo Kio centre into a bigger store. Other shops in the Ang Mo Kio centre will be threatened. Is this the way of the NTUC Fairprice to kill the livelihood of Singaporeans shopkeepers or storeholders ?
Like in my are, the HDB built a mini shopping comples for shops. These compete with other shops in the area and I see many shop are still vacant because the shopkeepers cannot make money so they have to close shop. There is a supermarket so the storeholders in the wet market are affected. Right now they are reconstructing a new wet market and I want to see how the storeholders can survive with so many shops. A vacant plot nearby if allowed to build to have a few more blocks of flats, the extra shops in the area should be able to survive.
These hawkers and storeholders are a dieing bread. The new generation hawkers are different. Some even have university degree. They go upmarket product so competition is less.
Hawkers are suppose to hawk their food, but some employ many workers, so they should be classified as food storeholders rather than hawkers. I advice the Health ministry to reconsider issuing hawker license to these food storeholders who can drive big cars and live in private properties. A few of the Newton Food Centre storeholders are in this category.
My suggestion is that HDB should plan carefully the building of flats and shops in the neighbourhood towns. The concept of new towns is so inconvenient for residents away from the neighbourhood centre. Just go to Sengkang and Ponggul and see for yourself.

Roots

Root is inborn in us and it is very hard to change it. People who want to change it is to intermarriage with other races and the product is the mixture of the parents, like White and African.
The danger of the mixture is that it might get lost and discarded. An example is the descendants of the famous Siamese twin. Most of them are now more White in appearance than Thai. Also I don't know how many of them are direct descendants from the forefather paternally. My assumption is that after the 3rd generation, the paternality link will be lost, that is to say only girls are born. So the direct Thai paternality root is no more.
I want to highlight the case of Peraknakan in Singapore. This group is going to be a lost race. They are Straits born Chinese, some whose forefathers might have gone to Malacca after Admiral Cheng Ho made known Malacca to the Chinese in China during the Ming dynasty. The modern day Peraknakans are mostly Christian or Catholic and their behavior is getting more Western. I give an example of my wife's brother funeral. His son and daughter did not follow Chinese custom to wear the colouring of ranks during the funeral, so outsiders cannot know the relationship of the mourners to the dead. Usually there are black, blue, red plus blue and green etc to differentiate the kinship related to the dead.
They don't speak Chinese and most communicate in English or Malay with their elders. They take Malay as a 2nd language and despise other Chinese as low class, the common name is 'cheena'. In the 1st place, Peraknakan are Chinese and by calling their fellow Chinese 'cheena', they are indirectly using a hammer to knock their own heads. 'Cheena' is the same as what Malays call the Chinese, the spelling might be slightly different. Their roots are Chinese, so by putting a nick name on other Chinese, they are hammering their own heads.
In America, the Africans are a lost race or rootless race. They embrace Western culture and forgotten their African roots. They can only be saved if they have deep religious belief. If not, they can be easily discarded by the natural processes of Nature to root out rootless people.
Many americans are of mixed races. This is a danger for America because the future descendants of these people might be cut. So the only hope is for immigrants to take up the places in American society. In the end, American can be a land of the Hispanic or the Asian races. The White and the Africans might be reduced to a few.
So for a man who wants to have a string of descendants, he has to make sure his son marries a woman of his own race.

12 Hours Shift

In order to save money and employ less workers, companies use 12 hours shift work for their workers. This is not a good idea as they will tire out the workers mentally and physically.
Their work might be affected and the turn over of staff can be high. Many resign and Malaysians are taking over because Singaporeans do not want to work.
Just imagine the work of 12 hours can be as long as 15 hours if the worker has to travel far to and from work. There left only 9 hours for sleep and leisure. Is this the life of us human beings. Do we need to slought long hours like work animals just to have food and a cover over our head ?
Life is a passtime to await the final TRUTH to arrive. As long as we have food to eat and a simple cover to shelter us from rain or shine, that is good enough. Why chase for the 5C ?

I used my desktop to get here but the computer reported error. It prompted me to report, so I reported in the small window. After the report, the IE7 closed. I opened again, the sign-in was still on and I tried the blogger again. This time it was alright.

Divorce

Genesis
2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
2:25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
Husband and wife shall be one flesh, so how can you divorce your wife for another woman ?
Jesus also said the same thing.
So divorce is wrong, unless your wife commits adultery you cannot divorce her.
In Confucianism, it is also discouraging divorce. In Asian in the past divorce was seldom heard of. With the onslaught of Western culture and modern living, people are getting divorce so easily.

Homosexual

Homosexual is hot topic in Singapore after Lee Kuan Yew said government is not moral police and homosexual might be decriminalised from the penal code.
Homosexual is the indication of the moral standard of a country. When a country is going downhill on moral ground, there will appear more homosexuals in the country. If people think this is a natural process, they are wrong.
Nature has sign for people to read or see to know what might happen or are already happening but people are too absorbed in pleasure making that they are immune to all the signs. Homosexual is one of them. When society allowed homosexuals to live what they like as what Thailand is doing, then natural or human suffering will occur. Beauty contest for homosexuals only encourage more degradation to the society. More will get involved, so more suffering will occur.
To cure homosexual of their behavior is to get them to meditate my type of meditation posted in this blog or in Meditation For Everyone in my website.
Homosexual can be classified as a mental illness. There is not need to criminalise them, but help them to overcome their bad behavior. If the government of the day does not contemplate what is the wrong in the country to have more homosexual, then they are doing a disservice to the country. They have to find where they go wrong. For Thailand, they help the Americans to kill the Vietnamese during the Vietnam war. At the same time, they provided prostitutes for the American servicemen. This sins will hang on them forever if they still don't want to correct their degrading behavior. The Muslim militants in the South might just be a warning to the Thais to wake up. Or else more blood shed will flow and more natural disasters will occur.

To Achieve World Peace ?

1. UN HQ in Singapore
2. All countries adopt my Confucianism by appointing the head-of-state as a figure head president.
3. Chinese triads to turn over a new leaf

Lee Kuan Yew's Imminent Downfall
Singapore time: 2.20 pm 1st May 2007
Signs are there that Lee Kuan Yew is going to fall from disgrace.
1. The building of casinos
2. Ministers pay rise
3. Government is not moral police
Other signs are
1. Temasek trouble in Thailand
2. Inflation is rising
3. Singapore dollar rising
4. Property price is rising
All these show bubble is building up and it might burst anytime.
PAP government knows about economic cycle but they still want to have ministers pay rise. This will add more pressure to the private sector to increase the top management more to retain them. So most things and salary will increase. So how can Singapore compete with other rising developing countries with pay so high ? Therefore foreign investors might relocate elsewhere. Factories close chop and workers retrenched, and we come back to square one.
Singapore dollar rising will make our products more expensive for export. How many foreign investors would like to invest here if the cost of production keeps rising ?

His family fortune is now very huge and he still don't want to step down. His stubborness will cause him to fall down disgracefully, because his old age will cause him to behave erratically and mentally unsound.

My Diet
Singapore time: 2.10 pm 1st May 2007
My breakfast consists mainly of a guava, some bananas and some raw ground nuts. After waking up at about 5 am, I do meditation till about 6 am. Then I have a glass of plain water, read the day's newspaper and have breakfast at the same time.
Lunch is another guava, some bananas. Before lunch at about 9 to 10 am, I have a glass of plain water or coffee black or Chinese tea. After lunch I can have plain water or Chinese tea or coffee black. About 3 pm I take some raw sesame seeds and plain water.
Dinner is now a raw red carrot and 1 or 2 bananas and water. Raw red carrot is to improve my eye sight.
At times, I take raw sweet corn in cone, raw cucumber, raw cashew nuts, raw almond, raisins, dates etc. I also pinch vegetables and tofu, because they might be wasted and thrown away.
