Most likely the Aryan race from Central Asia implemented this system.
Therefore the Indian government should abolish it and strictly control the situation.
If you don't control the situation, the untouchable might start a revolt.

Dowry paid by women is an archiac custom of the Amazon Era.
There is still a women village in India where woman rules the family.
India should abolish the system and get men to pay dowry.
Or India is a country where women buy their husbands.

Just appoint holy men to be heads of states.
He is just a figure head doing nasal gaze meditation and on vegetarian diet.
So Singapore government, if you want peace and prosperity, abolish the Elected President Law.
Appoint me as the President of Singapore.
