I practise rolled up tongue whole day when not sleeping, eating, drinking, talking etc.
This is 2nd part of nasal gaze meditation.
It is qi circulation internally through the tongue rolled up.
This is according to Taoist Yoga.

So try to see the effects.
I do this reading, watching tv, running, walking, during sex, etc etc.

I only expound 4-line stanza in The Diamond Sutra -The Vajracchedika-prajna-paramita Sutra.
The sutra says people have to scold the expounder till he get full enlightenment.
Don't you think this funny ? So the Son-of-Perdition is the same. He is not anti-Christ as most Christians think so. Or he is hated as the One putting up the Awful Horror in Matthew 24 verse 15. The Awful Horrow should be the description of our face in Hebrews 9 verses 3 to 5. Most Christians shall object to this.

Jesus told you not to worry about food, lodging and clothing, just seek the Kingdom of God first. Once it is seeked, the 3 shall be added to you. I am doing this, not worrying for money and others like death. Bible likes to attack Gentiles but not know the Gentiles are ruling the world in the END.

Jesus told you to seek the Kingdom of God first. So you idiot Jews and Christians, you know where ? It is inside us at our 'suan kuan' acupuncture point in between our 2 eyes. Our body is the temple of God, so our face represents the temple. Eyes are Moses' tablets. Nose is Aaron's rod. Jar of manna is our mouth with teeth. Singapore's population in total figure should be fixed at 5 millions.
This should includes foreign workers and tourists.
They take up transportation services and residency too.
PAP government goes for 6.9 millions.
Just imagine how many houses to be built and transport services to provide.
PAP like to compare Singapore with Hong Kong.
But Hong Kong has only 3 hot months while Singapore is hot and wet whole year round.
For 9 months the temperature in Hong Kong fall below 25 degree C.
With a temperature around 30 degree can Singaporeans bear the crowded area ?
And this temperature is good for bacteria to multiply.
We should go for eco city system, more electric cars, buses and trucks.
Like the open MRT and LRT tracks, they should be covered with solar panels.
Air quality in Singapore is not good with so many ships passing and anchor.
Asthma is always a problem here.
People should be discouraged to run in the morning when air particles are at low level.

People are still ignorant about great sins.
There don't understand the scriptures and the meaning what they convey.
10 commandments are only a guide.
Destruction of Sodom and Gomorriah is telling us the great sin of sexual immorality.
So Nature will not kill Cain for killing Abel but destroyed Sodom for homosexuality.
And idiots now still want to promote gay culture and yellow culture of pornography and lewdness.
You see pornography or shot nakedness of yourself and put on the internet.
You just committed a small sin.
But a government that allows free flow of pornography has committed a great sin.
So the whole country is punished.
Singapore PAP government allow R(A) shows but ban pornography.
This is still committing a great sin and Singapore has to suffer for that.
There are sign to tell you.
Philippines has 2 previous women presidents.
This is bad sign telling us the sins of the country is great.
President Aquino, I think, is not married.
This is also not a good sign.

Singapore SIA will suffer loses since my daughter is no more working there.
Any of our Kew family members is an asset to any company.
Any big company can employ my elder as independent director.
Pay could be $10,000, but the reward is many millions in return.
This is something that is spiritual, hard to explain.
I don't go for any job other than the president of Singapore.
The next line of assets are children of my sisters.

What justice is there in the world if S Korea can put a saterlite into space while N Korea cannot ?

6 am Milo or chocolate drink, 9 am plain water, 12 noon cereal drink
3 pm plain water, 6 pm plain water and 9 pm Milo or chocolate drink
1 apple at 9 am and 1 at 12 noon.
3 table-spoons black sesame powder
Snack on dried fruits.
Excretion is soft.
Health is fine.
