Me on 26th October 2012.

Beginner starts with hands in clap position guiding the 2 eyes looking at the nose tip.
Kneeling position is mainly for women strengthening private part.
Men can practise this too.
Too long in this position can broaden your shoulder.


Once experienced, hands should be lowered.


My fruits diet
I take raw sesame seeds, raw almonds, raw walnuts etc.
I drink plain water, tea and coffee.
My weight now is about 68 kg.
