My Property

I have been thinking of transfering my name in my home to my son, but he objected me many times. My wife also objected this idea because my son's CPF money is not enough to pay for the replacement money.

I am wondering whether my idea is wrong or not. My objective is to see how without my name in property, the property prices in Singapore will collapse. Maybe I am wrong in thinking this way.

Any suggestion ?

As a man cultivating self, I should not bother about property and money. But I am still a human being and I have a family to regulate. I would like to see any suggestion from readers.
