Family and Country

In a family, the father is the head of family. He sins, the rest suffer.
In the young days, the father might have no time for self cultivation, but when he gets older, he has all the ample time to do self cultivation.
When you see sign of misfortune in your family, you should start self cultivation to reverse the fortune.

It is not easy if the country head-of-state is a great sinner. The influence from him/her only aggravate the situation.
People like queen of England, Thai king, Japanese emperor are stupid to hold on to their throne or position. The longer they stay, the longer the country suffer.
It is best to appoint holy men to be head-of-state.
In this manner, his influence can help save the country to make it prosperous and peaceful.

'Wu wei' of Taoism means inaction.
ChuangTzu book says ruling a country is like looking after a herd of horses.
So head-of-state should be a holy man doing self cultivation and a vegetarian. He is just a figure head doing nothing about politics.
