I am on liquid diet, like milk, cereal drink, brown rice cereal, black rice cereal, coffee and Milo or chocolate drink. I snack on fruits and dried fruits to have excretion, only liquid diet produces no excretion.

My weight is now about 66 kg. If it get higher, I cut down on diet to maintain a 65 kg weight.

We are all Gods, so we are all equal, spiritually only. We are seeds sown in different fields, some on good soil, some on sand and some on rock. This is Fate. Bible doe not tell you this.

In Bible, it says we are Gods and Sons of the Mighty.
In sutras, it says our Mind is Buddha, so we all are Buddha.
Tao is in every one, so we are Tao.
In Bhagavad Gita, in chapter 2 it says our spirit or Self is eternal, so we are Gods.
In Chinese, our Self Nature is pure by Nature.
