This is called the virtue of not competing; it is also called the power to use men; it is also called to match heaven's apex measure; it is also called to be in the stature of the ancients.
This is the highest call for the master in spiritual warfare. The biggest victory is to win without a fight. Violent people who resort to arms are the lowest stragedists. So don't be surprised to see Singapore conquers the whole world.
