Daodejing Poem 71

Singapore time 8.56 am 21st June 2008

Know (Tao), don't know (any thought in meditation), is superb. Don't know (Tao), know (knowledge), is sickness. Therefore the Sage has no sickness. Considering and pondering over the sickness malady, therefore he has no sickness.
During meditation, the mind has to be neutral. It thinks neither good nor evil, or best is to have an empty mind if possible. Only when the mind is quiet and tranquil, the Innate Self can manifest Itself . And once you are enlightened, you do not write any more as you only expression is your words from your mouth and action of your body.
Many people write meditation manuals telling others theirs are best. This is nonsense. I am not fully enlightened, but my meditation is a study from all scriptures and the Heavenly Way '3 Gems'. The nasal gaze is written in Bhagavad Gita chapter 6. So how can I be wrong?
