Therefore the Sage knows innate Self, doesn't value his own opinions; he loves self body, doesn't self praise. For he discards the coating for the inner gems.
Love self body so that there is not injury to them. Putting an ear ring is self inflicting injury. Smoking is self injuring the lungs. Drinking is self injuring the liver and mind. Rage is self injuring blood vessel.
This is about dictatorship. Even with death sentence, people are not afraid. It is usual as things come in pair. So having a dictator, there will arise a dissident. Just like what Chee Soon Suan is doing to get at Lee Kuan Yew. People's ways are harsh. Nature's Way is tranquility. It is usually the Nature's Way to resolve things, not what men want to do for themselves and others. That is to say 'We are only actors on earth'. If you understand this term, you will have peace of mind.
I don't force my opinion on others. Mine are explanation of scriptures and what they stand for. My interpretation of scriptures id totally different from others.
The message here also telling you to cultivate self. This is is not your physical self, but the innate Self. We are nothing but dust.
