I practise rolled up tongue whole day when not sleeping, eating, drinking, talking etc.
This is 2nd part of nasal gaze meditation.
It is qi circulation internally through the tongue rolled up.
This is according to Taoist Yoga.
Not much is written about.
So try to see the effects.
I do this reading, watching tv, running, walking, during sex, etc etc.
But women, don't do when doing sex because your private part will be too hot for penetration.

I only expound 4-line stanza in The Diamond Sutra -The Vajracchedika-prajna-paramita Sutra.
The sutra says people have to scold the expounder till he get full enlightenment.
Don't you think this funny ? So the Son-of-Perdition is the same. He is not anti-Christ as most Christians think so. Or he is hated as the One putting up the Awful Horror in Matthew 24 verse 15. The Awful Horrow should be the description of our face in Hebrews 9 verses 3 to 5. Most Christians shall object to this.
