TODAY I AM TRYING FRUITS DIET AGAIN.
HOPE I CAN BE SUCCESSFUL.
TRYING 2 APPLES FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER EACH.
ALSO EAT RAW SESAME SEEDS.
MY WEIGHT NOW IS 64 KG.
