My breakfasi is mainly porridge made from overnight balance rice. I add salted soya beans and 'tang chai' from packet. Sometime I add vegetable, carrot, nuts etc.
My lunch is bread or any other food I can find.
Dinner is mostly balance vegetables plus bread or bisket.
I am absent from Google soc.culture forums for a while. Now I am active in Delphi Forum Sammyboy.com Alfresco Coffee Shop Talk. For the moment I am under moderation, that is my post is under review before being put up for readers.
