I am drinking milk 3 hours a cup.
Now it is 3 tea-spoon full.
I snack on soft fruits or sweet in between.
This is to maintain my weight of 65 kg.
I practise rolled up tongue for whole day.
This is when not talking, eating, drinking etc etc.
I can practise during walking, running, watching tv, reading, sex etc etc.
This is for circulation of internal energy in my body.
I can pass my energy to others when I touch them.

End of an Era
Mayans predicted this year 21st December 2012 is an END of an ERA.
Noah was in END of ERA, so flood destroyed many things and people. After the flood, human beings can only live up to 120 years. Noah can live up to 1000 years.
So in the next ERA, we might be able to live up to 1000 years. This can explain the 1000 years in Revelation.
Luke17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
17:22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.
17:23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.
17:24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
17:25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.
17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
17:27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
